What Steps To Take
Step 1 | Initial Contact
Dealers assist the customer with design, sizing, quotes, and site preparation info.
Step 2 | Building and Safety Department Requierements
Customer needs to aquire their local planning and building and safety department requirement to obtain a building pemit.
Step 3 | Order & Deposit
Customer places the order with the dealer and gives the initial down payment.
At Baron Metal Carports, we provide architectural plans and engineering with your purchase.
Step 4 | Order Processing
The order enters the processing department for approval.
Step 5 | Plans and Engineering
Once approved we get our team started with the requiered plans for your building permit approvals.
Step 6 | Permit Processing
Customer submits applications, plans, and pays fees to their local jurisdictions planning, and building & safety department for building permits.
Step 7 | Scheduling
Multiple orders are placed in a single route based on geographical location.
Customers are called to accept and confirm appointment slots.
Step 8 | Manufacturing
Orders are sent to the nearest manufacturing plant to begin fabrication.
Step 9 | Loading & Delivery
Installation crews load all orders and components and proceed to deliver.
Step 10 | Installation
Upon arrival the crew will check-in with the customer, inspect the site, unload the material and begin the installation.
Step 11 | Collect Final Balance
The final balance is collected immediately upon installation.
